Xiaomi Mi 5X – Specifications, Features, Price

Xiaomi Launched its new mobile Xiaomi Mi 5x in China on Wednesday, July 26. Xiaomi phones are always affordable from the beginning. It is a mini flagship device. It brings the features of Mi 6 in the affordable range. Mi 5x also comes with a dual camera, one with wide angle and another being telephoto. Both cameras are of 12 Mp each.

It is launched with the latest MIUI 9 inbuilt with the device. MIUI 9 is launched on today itself.

Processor: 2GHz octa-core processor powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 with Adreno 506GPU

Internal Storage: Mi 5x comes with 64 GB inbuilt storage with no dedicated mice sd card slot. It has a hybrid sim slot which can hold a micro sd card or sim card.

Screen: Mi 5x houses a 5.5 inch 1080p LTPS display with a maximum brightness of 450 nits.

Cameras:

Rear: Dual cameras each of 12 megapixels. It offers 2x optical zoom and 10x digital zoom. The rear camera has a dual led flash with 4-axis OIS.

Front: 5 Megapixel

OS: Android Version 7 Nougat based MIUI 9

Battery: 3080 mAH

AVAILABILITY AND PRICE

Right now. it is launched only in China, there is no official information when it will be available in India. Xiaomi MI 5x will go on sale on !st of August.

Mi 5x costs around 1499 RMB which is around 14300 Indian rupee. It is available in Black, Gold and Rose Gold.

Other Features

Mi 5x comes with 4g LTE support and USB Type-C slot for data syncing and Charging. It is the first device to have MIUI 9 out of the box.

5x is a full metal unibody device with a fingerprint scanner on the back. A 2.5d curved glass is present on the device with physical keys on the front. It also has an infrared sensor equipped. It supports Dual band Wifi, GPS, Bluetooth.

It would be a great deal in this price range when launched in India soon.
