Jiophone registrations started for Businesses and Individuals

Reliance Jio gave an update on Jiophone with the tweet saying “Jiophone is almost here. Register now and stay tuned for latest updates”. Jiophone will be available for booking from August 24, but beta testing of Jiophone will start from August 15. Jiophone will roll out to people from September. Users who have booked before will get the jiophone on first cum first serve basis.

Jiophone costs around Rs 1500, with an effective zero price. The company will refund the total amount after 3 years while returning the handset. They are aiming to deliver 5 Million units every week.
