Paytm about to launch messaging feature with in paytm app reportedly competing with Whatsapp, the most popular chat application. According to the reports, this feature is about to launch in the mid of August.
To provide users a seamless experience, they are incorporating messaging service in the app. With this users can directly interact with each other. Facebook has already this kind of feature with in the messenger app to allow the business owner to contact their customers directly. Whatsapp is about to launch the same later in the year. Recently, Hike launched UPI payment service with in the messaging application.
